About

Education first. Rankings you can trust.

Broker Almanac exists to do one thing well: help you learn to trade, then choose where to trade — without being sold signals, hype, or a broker that simply paid the most.

What we do

We publish a free curriculum and honest, first-hand reviews of the forex brokers and crypto exchanges that actually accept traders in Nigeria and other emerging markets. Every review is built to answer one question plainly: is this the right place for you to trade, and why not?

How we test

We open real, funded accounts and measure what matters ourselves: average spreads at real session times, withdrawal processing times, and slippage. When a figure on this site says "testing in progress", it means we have not finished measuring it. We would rather show you an honest gap than a number we have not verified.

How we make money — and why it never moves the ranking

Some links to brokers are referral links. If you open an account through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Here is the rule we hold ourselves to: the ranking is decided before any commission is considered. A broker that pays us more never rises because of it. If that ever stops being true, this site has failed at its only job. See our full disclosure.

What we will never do

  • Sell trading signals or price predictions.
  • Promise income, returns, or "guaranteed" anything.
  • Publish a spread or withdrawal figure we have not measured ourselves.
  • Let a referral deal change where a broker sits in a ranking.
Trading is genuinely risky, and most retail accounts lose money. Our job is to make you a more informed trader, not a more confident gambler.
